3. User Conduct and Prohibited Behavior

Foreign Girl Date is designed for adults seeking genuine, respectful relationships. You agree not to engage in the following while using the Service:

  • Misrepresentation: Providing false information about your identity, age, location, or intentions
  • Harassment or abuse: Threatening, bullying, stalking, or intimidating other users
  • Fraud and solicitation: Requesting money, gifts, or financial information from other users
  • Spam and commercial activity: Sending unsolicited promotions, advertising, or chain messages
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity, including Company staff

  • Reverse engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of any part of the Service
  • Third-party applications: Developing software that interacts with the Service or its API without written authorization
  • Illegal activity: Any conduct that violates local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or permanently terminating your account without refund. Conduct occurring both on and off the platform may be considered when determining violations.

4. Content Policy

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

We employ both automated systems and human moderators to review content. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

5. Credits, Payments, and Refund Policy

Foreign Girl Date operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are required for premium actions including messaging, video chat, and gift delivery.

Credit packages:

  • Starter: 50 credits for $16.99
  • Popular: 250 credits for $69.99
  • Premium: 850 credits for $199.00

Credit costs per action: Messages - 2 credits; Video chat - 1 credit per minute; Gift delivery - 5+ credits depending on item. New members receive 20 free credits upon registration.

Refund policy: Unused credits are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected]. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Credits that have been partially or fully used are non-refundable. Free bonus credits carry no monetary value and are non-refundable.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction. There are no automatic subscriptions or auto-renewals - you purchase credits only when you choose to.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and technology associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Foreign Girl Date LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without prior written consent from the Company. The "Foreign Girl Date" name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks of the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service
  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any user-generated content
  • The identity, intentions, or conduct of any user on the platform
  • That use of the Service will result in finding a partner or match

You acknowledge that all interactions with other users are undertaken at your own risk. While we verify profiles through ID and video checks, we do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the behavior of any user.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the total amount you paid to the Company in the 24 months preceding the claim. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any consolidated or representative proceeding.

Small claims exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Dallas County, Texas, provided the claim falls within the court's jurisdictional limits.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may proceed with arbitration.
